Q: What is the delivery time for orders placed on your website?

A: Our standard delivery time is around 7-10 days, depending on your location and shipping method. We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new bag as soon as possible.

Q: What is the delivery time for orders placed on pre-orders?

A: Please note, if you bought a product as a ''pre-order'' it might take from 7-15 workdays. The reason for this is, when you buy a pre-order bag, it means that you are placing an order for an item that is not yet available in the market. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve the item ahead of its release date. During this time, the bag is being manufactured and shipped to our warehouse. We understand that you're excited to receive your pre-ordered bag as soon as possible. Our team is working tirelessly to ensure that your order is processed and delivered to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and want you to know that we are doing everything we can to get your bag to you as soon as possible. Rest assured that you will be notified as soon as your order ships, and we will continue to keep you informed throughout the entire process. Thank you for your trust and continued support.

Q: Why is some of your products out of stock?

A: We apologize for the inconvenience caused by some of our products being out of stock. Our bags are very popular, and sometimes they sell out faster than we anticipate. However, we want to assure you that we are working hard to restock our inventory and add even more bags to our site. Please check back often, as we regularly update our selection with new and exciting products. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your patience. 

Q: How does it work with the Giftcards?

A: Its very easy to use our Gift Cards. Just follow this tutorial.

1. After purchasing the gift card, you will receive an email with the gift card details, including the gift card code and amount.

2.To redeem the gift card, simply add the items you want to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout.

3. On the checkout page, enter the gift card code in the "Gift card or discount code" field and click "Apply".

4. The gift card balance will be applied to your order total, and any remaining balance can be paid using your preferred payment method.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 14-day return policy for most of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please note, we don't accept returns from products with discounts

 Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package online. You can also check your order status on our website by logging into your account.
